Important information before you register
Is this an armed-response company?
No. GS BTSecurity is management software. Emergency response is performed by your authorised security company or response provider.
Does GPS work automatically?
GPS requires HTTPS, device permission, connectivity and an authorised guard account. Organisations must provide appropriate privacy notices.
Can it connect to CCTV?
Phone video and compatible playback links are supported. RTSP cameras normally require a WebRTC/HLS gateway or camera-cloud provider.
How are payments protected?
Stripe or Paystack hosts the checkout. GS BTSecurity does not store raw card numbers.
Can clients see all company data?
No. Client access is restricted to the permitted customer portal and authorised operational records.
What happens when the trial ends?
The operational account is directed to subscription activation until payment is confirmed or the superadmin extends the trial.
